Grant Claim Process

APR (Grant Call)	Oct (Grant Call)
MAR	SEP	Grant Call Corporates can download the following forms: Grant Claim Form Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) Form Letter co-signed with social service agency
APR	OCT	Grant Claim Submission Corporates to submit: Grant Claim Form Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) Form (only needed for first time submission) Letter co-signed with social service agency
MAY - JUN	NOV - DEC	Claim Verification & Processing Claims will be verified and processed. Claims forms with incomplete information or details that need re-verification with Corporates may result in a delay in grant disbursement.
JUL	JAN	Payment Advice Corporates will receive Payment Advice via email, informing on an estimated date of grant disbursement.
JUL end	JAN end	Disbursement Corporates receive grant, latest by end-Jan. Amount credited into bank.
