ONEfor10 is an initiative designed to create a connection between those who have the resources and abilities to give, and individuals in need of support.

As your gateway to about 100 social service agencies, partnering us to fulfil your philanthropic ambitions enables you to tap on our specialised knowledge of the social service sector – in areas such as children with special needs and youth-at-risk, adults with disabilities, families and seniors in need of support, and persons with mental health conditions.
We are committed to helping you identify your philanthropic needs and create a customised giving plan. We can even tailor volunteering opportunities for you.
Alternatively, you can invest in and/or pilot
new projects to solve emerging social problems.

Community Chest was established in 1983 to raise funds for the numerous social service agencies in Singapore. As the philanthropy and engagement arm of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS),
Community Chest raises funds for programmes that provide direct social support services and are relevant and critical to helping individuals in need of support.
With more than 35 years’ experience partnering Foundations, Corporations and Individuals to fundraise for about 100 social service agencies, Community Chest will be able to customise a giving plan
to help realise your philanthropic goals.
As the operating costs are covered mainly by the Tote Board, 100% of your donation will go towards your designated social service agencies. ONEfor10 does not charge any fees.

ONEfor10 offers you different giving options. You can make an outright donation, monthly pledges, and bequest or set up an endowment fund. Please get in touch with us to find out more.
Your donations towards ONEfor10's supported social service agencies will be tax-deductible at the prevailing rate, which is currently 250%. It will be automatically reflected in your tax assessment based on
the information you provide.

The accounts of the Council are audited by an auditor appointed annually by the Ministry of Social and Family Development, in consultation with the Auditor-General. The audited financial report will be presented to the Minister as well as the Parliament. NCSS also has an Audit Committee that is responsible for internal control, statutory audit, and financial reporting.

Through government matching, from FY15 to FY21, regular giving will unlock a dollar-for-dollar matching. The matched amount from the government will be used to build the capability of the Community Chest supported social service agencies, creating a double impact through regular giving.
