SBS Transit Hearts is our signature fundraising campaign in support of adults with disabilities, families in need of assistance, children with special needs, seniors in need of support and other underserved groups through Community Chest. Through Hearts, we seek to rally our people, partners and the community to create a more inclusive society.

As an inclusive public transport operator, we believe public transport is for everyone. A highlight of this campaign demonstrates and presents opportunities for individuals with disabilities to travel on public buses and trains to get to and from the Hearts 2025 event venue at the Singapore Institute of Technology's (SIT) auditorium to build their confidence in travelling independently and safely.

As part of the Hearts 2025 fundraising campaign, SBS Transit is organising a community concert at the SIT auditorium for a group of service users and their caregivers, featuring talented performers from our schools' Project Jalan Jalan initiative.

Our goal is to raise $250,000 in donations, which will be channelled through Community Chest to support communities in need.

Your generosity will be amplified under the SG Gives Matching Grant and will receive up to $2 in impact for every $1 donated.
