ICA has adopted MINDS Towner Gardens School as our community beneficiary for FY2025. Over the years, we propagate the spirit of giving through our annual community service project and fundraising efforts. We hope our efforts will make a positive difference and impact to the lives of our beneficiaries. This fundraising campaign is set up to raise ICA officers’ awareness as well as to rekindle the ‘kampung spirit’ among our officers to support programmes run by MINDS Towner Gardens School.

Guided by the belief that every individual has the potential to thrive, MINDS’ Special Education Schools offer programmes designed to nurture each student’s unique abilities, interests and learning needs. Students aged 7 to 18 with special needs at MINDS Towner Gardens School benefit from a holistic curriculum that supports their academic development, life skills training, and character building, empowering them to lead more independent and meaningful lives.

Your donation will go a long way towards empowering these children with special needs to achieve greater independence and better quality of life.

About MINDS

MINDS has been caring for Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWIDs) and their families since 1962. Grounded in the belief that all PWIDs have innate abilities and talents, MINDS is committed to empowering and enhancing their quality of life, while advocating for greater inclusivity.

Today, MINDS is one of the largest charities in Singapore, serving nearly 10,000 PWIDs and caregivers. With a key focus to strengthen education, expand community-based services, improve the employability of PWIDs and engender inclusive community living, MINDS offers a holistic range of services and programmes to support PWIDs and caregivers across their lifespan. These include schools, hubs (Regional, Community and Satellite Hubs), home-based and community-based services that cater to the physical, psychological, environmental and social needs of PWIDs and their families.
