A Plate with Purpose: Luzerne for SG60
To commemorate Singapore’s 60th birthday, Luzerne is fundraising for social service agencies and community partners through Community Chest.
The SG60 Diamond Plate is a limited-edition 50cm centrepiece honouring six decades of Singapore’s journey made by Luzerne. Designed by Singaporean artist Associate Professor Ng Woon Lam, the plate features a collage of six symbolic images that reflect key moments in the nation’s story. Only 60 plates have been created, each individually numbered with a unique rhyming backstamp.
This fundraising initiative by Luzerne is in collaboration with Community Chest, from now till 31 December 2025, where the top 10 donors will each receive a SG60 Diamond Plate in recognition of their generous support.
All proceeds will go to the four social service agencies and community partners through Community Chest:
- President’s Challenge
- The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund
- Samaritans of Singapore
- Limitless Singapore
All donations qualify for a 250% tax deduction. We thank you for your generosity and support.

About Luzerne: A Legacy of Giving
Luzerne has been evoking art to honour heritage while supporting a good cause. In 2015, to mark Singapore’s Golden Jubilee, Luzerne joined hands with Community Chest and Professor Ng to raise nearly $500,000 through the auction of 50 commemorative plates. It was a heartfelt gesture that reflected Luzerne’s belief that artistry can—and should—serve a greater purpose.
As a gesture of appreciation, the SG60 Diamond Plate will be presented to the top 10 donors.
A minimum donation of SGD $2,688 applies to this fundraising initiative.
Each plate is individually numbered and features a unique rhyming backstamp. Number selection or customisation is not available and will be assigned at the organiser’s discretion.
The organisers will notify the top 10 donors via email when their SG60 Diamond Plate is being sent out.
All donations made under this initiative are non-refundable.
The tax-deductible donation for the top 10 donors will be calculated as: donation amount minus the plate's fair market value ($2,688).
Donations from all other contributors will qualify for full tax deduction.
By submitting your details, you consent to the organisers collecting and using your information to administer the initiative.
All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the organisers’ privacy policy.
The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms, extend or close the campaign, and make final decisions on all matters.
All donations are subject to verification. Any suspected fraudulent activity may disqualify a donor from receiving the plate.
If multiple donations are made by the same individual or entity, the total donation amount will be considered. Only one plate will be presented per donor, unless otherwise specified.
Plates will be delivered based on the address provided. The organisers are not responsible for issues due to incorrect or incomplete information.
The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from participation or receipt of the SG60 Diamond Plate.
The organisers are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
